Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources and proven experience as an HR Officer.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- With experience in counseling employees.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Job Description:
- Assist HR Manager to maintain, implement, enforce, continually update, and continually improve HR policies and procedures, pertaining to the following HR processes:
i. Employee onboarding
ii. Employee performance and career
iii. Developing and Managing Client Relationship
iv. Compensation and benefits implementation
v. Handling employee concerns, inquiries, issues, and grievances
vi. Compliance with government and legal requirements
vii. Job Description and Employment Contract management
viii. Cessation of employment
ix. Training logistics and coordination
x. Company events management
xi. Employee and HR records management and data privacies
- Manage and be responsible for all HR staff’s daily activities and performance
- Assist in monitoring compliance to HR Policies and handle non-compliance promptly and accordingly.
- Represent the company in dealing with labor-related issues in the absence of the HR Manager
